Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you need to return your jewelry item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange with a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the cost of preparing the item for resale, including cleaning, repairs, and restocking.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all the original tags and packaging. Please note that custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at dariajewelsusa@gmail.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once we have received the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right.
