1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
1.2 Order Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods, orders may be processed and shipped within up to 5 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
1.3 Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
1.4 Shipping Cost
We currently offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States.
1.5 Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on USPS operations.
Once a package has been transferred to USPS, Daria Jewels is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, or lost shipments caused by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
1.6 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, postal disruptions, strikes, supply chain interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. We aim to make the process clear and straightforward while maintaining the integrity of our products.
2.1 Return Window
We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery are not eligible for return.
2.2 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must show no signs of wear or damage
• The item must be in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
2.3 How to Initiate a Return

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the authorized return shipping address.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2.4 Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
2.5 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
2.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
